Artificial light should provide the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation that plants receive in the nature from the sun, or at least such a spectrum that would meet the needs of the cultivated plants. Street conditions are simulated not only by matching the color temperature of light and its spectral characteristics, but also by changing the intensity of the glow of the lamps.
